Grease Monkey is among the most decorated strains the program has produced | used as a parent in Donkey Butter, Carmelita, Apes In Space, and elsewhere. Greasy Runtz later appeared as a parent in Drip Station (Greasy Runtz's—Scotty 2 Hotty), confirming the quality Exotic Mike found in the cross. The Genetics: Grease Monkey's—Runtz
Grease Monkey (GG4's—Cookies & Cream) is a Caryophyllene-dominant mostly indica regular with ~22% THC, sweet diesel and earthy terpenes, and deeply relaxing body effects. Runtz (Zkittlez's—Gelato) is a 50/50 hybrid with candy-sweet fruity aromatics, dense trichome coverage, and broadly balanced effects. Greasy Runtz runs mostly indica in regular form, finishing in approximately 60 days with a multi-topped bush growth habit and medium-heavy yield.
The combination of Grease Monkey's resin density and gas character with Runtz's candy sweetness produces the greasy, sweet, gas-forward terpene profile the name directly references.
