About Solfire Gardens

Since we first picked them up and their initial release in 2017, Solfire Gardens strains have been steadily making waves within the cannabis industry. Winning multiple awards with ‘Bahama Mama’ concentrates and placing 3^rd with their own grown entry of ‘The Don Mega’ at this year's Michigan Cannabis Cup, Solfire Gardens and their strains are certainly starting to turn heads.   “If you’re breeding for money, you’re breeding for the wrong reason.”   Introduced to growing by a close neighbor as an adolescent and subsequently attending college with ‘Big Smooth’ – AKA Exotic Mike (Exotic Genetix), Solfire has surpassed two decades of growing and a decade of breeding practice. Doubtless, to say, Solfire Gardens has always had a passion for this plant.   Spending countless hours and multiple crops working away on their range of stud Males and Females, Solfire has forged their breeding program, steering clear of the usual hype crosses and instead have spent that time developing and refining their unique cultivars; the ‘Black Banana’ Male and it’s offspring (Babadook, Grim Bastard OG etc), Why U Gelly (Solfires' first feminized Reversal drop), The Don Mega male and it's offspring (Happy Hour, Bosscotti etc) and their latest feminized project - The Bahama Mama 2022 Drop.   Using a team of dedicated test growers, each Solfire strain is run multiple times in different locations and environments with different growing styles & techniques to ensure two highly important factors: Quality & Consistency. Nature itself is inherently unpredictable – Running multiple test crops for longer periods than are normally required, allows Solfire to monitor the results closely before deciding whether to release or refine the strain further. It’s refreshingly rare to see a breeder taking this amount of diligence with their work.   Available as Regular and Feminized Seeds.
