RETURN POLICY
At Seeds Here Now JCV LLC, you have the right to return your order (or parts thereof) within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason, provided the product is still factory-sealed (certain exclusions apply). The return period will expire 14 days after you (or a designated third party other than the carrier) have taken possession of the product. If you ordered multiple products with varying delivery times in a single order, the return period expires 14 days after receiving the final product. You will be responsible for any reduction in product value due to handling or use beyond what is necessary to inspect its functionality/condition. Any freebies received with your order must also be returned; otherwise, their retail value will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that return costs will not be reimbursed if the product is returned without prior notification.EXCLUSIONSThe following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have had their original seal opened.
- Products returned outside of the specified return period.
- Vaporizers returned partially under warranty—all components included in the original packaging must be returned.
- Perishable items.
REFUND PROCESS
Once you have exercised your right to return, all payments (including shipping costs) will be refunded within 14 days. We will not refund any shipping fees incurred if you return a product without prior notification. We may also require a tracking code as proof of return before processing your refund. Refunds will be issued according to your original payment method:
- Bank Transfer – Refund via bank transfer
- Credit Card – Refund via credit card (or bank transfer if more than 30 days have passed since initial payment)
- Bitcoin – Refund via bank transfer
- BitCanna – Refund via bank transfer
