Elite Clone Seed Company – Charlotte’s Web
Affy x Jack Herer
Charlotte’s Web, alternatively known as Wu 4 or R4, is a unique cannabis strain. Its origins stem from a cross between The Cream (Affy x Jack Herer) and Soma’s Reclining Buddha. Wu-4 pays homage to Ohio Wu, from whom the strain was initially derived. The number 4 represents children, a playful allusion to the hip-hop group Wu-Tang Clan’s album, “Wu is for the Children.” This name subtly implies that the benefits of CBD aren’t exclusive to adults but also extend to children.
The alternate name, R4, might seem unrelated at first glance. However, it’s a tribute to the breeder known as ‘Two’. Owing to his nearly illegible handwriting, a series of hastily-written W’s may easily be mistaken for the letter R, thus transforming Wu-4 into R4. This story behind the strain’s name underlines that understanding the context and the person can often give deeper meaning to a seemingly random alias.
Allow me to present the Elite Clone Seed Company’s extraordinary strain, the Charlotte’s Web strain. This distinctive strain is named after a brave little girl named Charlotte and was developed with a clear focus on wellness.
The lineage of Charlotte’s Web strain is kept a closely guarded secret. However, it is known that its genetic origins are tied to strains rich in CBD and low in THC. It’s my belief that it was brought out west by a guy by the name of TWO. Two sourced it from his guy in ohio, who went by the name of WU.Two owns the The Seed Kompany. It was originally named WU-4 after the Wu _tang album “W.U. is for the children.”It was snaked from Two after he was let go from the facility, and the Stanleys were later hired. They did not know what they had. They just knew it was not selling at the time. The intent was to create a strain that could deliver all the therapeutic benefits of cannabis without the psychoactive effects typically associated with high THC strains.
In the presence of Charlotte’s Web strain, I’m enveloped by a soothing bouquet of fragrances. Dominated by myrcene, pinene, and caryophyllene, this strain presents a delicate aroma. It’s akin to a fresh morning in a flourishing garden, the air filled with the sweet scent of flowers, a touch of earthiness, and the cool undertone of pine. When smoked, it’s as refreshing as a brisk walk in the woods, offering tranquility amidst the bustle of life.
Several strains are closely related to Charlotte’s Web strain due to their focus on high CBD content. Among them are A.C.D.C., renowned for its ability to relieve pain and reduce anxiety; Harlequin, valued for its relaxing properties; and Ringo’s Gift, praised for its balanced CBD: T.H.C. ratio. Each of these strains shares Charlotte’s Web’s focus on therapeutic benefits, embodying the spirit of wellness that Charlotte’s Web strain represents.
