Headband #2 x Family Secret Pollen Regular Seeds by Unknown Breeder
This breeder isn't documented, but the cross behind these Headband #2 x Family Secret Pollen seeds is straightforward: a known diesel/citrus mother crossed onto a pollen parent with no public record. What you're getting is Headband's proven aroma and effect profile pushed into new territory by an unrecorded father, and that's exactly what makes a pack like this worth hunting.
The Cross
Headband #2 brings the diesel, lemon, and pine character this strain is known for, along with the euphoric, uplifted, tingly effects that made the original famous. Family Secret Pollen is the wildcard here, adding earthy and floral undertones underneath that fuel smell, and since nothing else is documented on it, the rest of what it contributes will show up in the plants themselves.
What to Hunt For
Expect a spread across this pack. Some phenos will lean hard into Headband's fuel and citrus lane with that classic tingly, energetic buzz, while others will show more of whatever Family Secret is carrying underneath, likely in the earthy/floral direction. The keepers will show a strong Headband nose backed by real structure and a smooth, relaxed-but-alert high. This is pheno hunter territory, not a pack you run for uniformity.
Running It
Flower time runs 8 to 9 weeks with a moderate stretch, so top early and get a SCROG or support net in place before it takes off. Yield is moderate, keep humidity around 40 to 50%, and feed steadily since this cross can pack on weight late and mold can creep in if you're not watching it. Difficulty sits at easy-moderate, workable indoors or in a sheltered outdoor spot.
Worth knowing: skip this one if you want uniform, predictable plants every time. These are regular seeds with an unrecorded parent, so you'll get variation and you'll need to sex your plants.
The window: Come November 2026, Section 781 shuts down interstate seed sales for good, and when that happens Seeds Here Now stops selling seeds entirely. No restocks, no second run, this pack is part of what's left on the shelf before that door closes. Sixteen years of building relationships with breeders comes down to what moves before the deadline hits. If you want to run Headband #2 x Family Secret Pollen or hold onto it for breeding work, grab it now and lock the genetics in. Don't wait on this one.
