Elato F2 is best run indoors or in a dry outdoor climate. Top early, train for an even canopy, and watch humidity because its dense, resinous buds can mold; use moderate-heavy feeding and add support late flower.

Green Fire Genetics crossed Zelato #17 with Zelato #38 to build Elato F2 seeds, a regular pack that doubles down on the Zelato line's dessert profile. This is an F2, so you get a wider spread of expressions to dig through, and that is exactly the point for anyone who wants to hunt for their own keeper cut. What you're getting is raw material from two selected Zelato phenos, not a stabilized clone-only line.
Zelato #17 and Zelato #38 are both selections out of the same Zelato family, and crossing them back together concentrates that gelato dessert character, sweet and creamy with a tropical Zkittlez candy edge and citrus-grape notes running underneath. Caryophyllene, limonene, and linalool show up in the terpene profile, which tracks with the relaxing, euphoric, calming effects this line throws. It leans indica-dominant, and the balance of the two parents reads as a rounded, easy-going high rather than anything one-note.
With two Zelato parents in the mix, expect a real range across the 12 seeds, some plants pulling harder toward dense, resin-heavy structure and others showing looser tropical-leaning terpenes. Look for the phenos that combine the heaviest resin production with the strongest citrus-grape pop in the nose, that's the combination pheno hunters are digging for in this cross. The keeper here is going to be the one that holds structure through flower without sacrificing that candy aroma.
Flower time runs 7 to 8 weeks, yield is high, and difficulty is moderate, mostly because F2 seeds need sexing and pheno work across a wider expression range. Grow it indoors or in a dry outdoor climate, top early and train for an even canopy, and watch your humidity since these buds pack on resin and density that can mold if you're not careful. Feed moderate to heavy and plan on support stakes late in flower, the buds get heavy.
Worth knowing: skip this pack if you don't want to deal with sexing regular seeds or sorting through pheno variation, this is a hunter's pack, not a plug-and-play uniform line.
The window: I've spent 16 years building direct relationships with breeders like Green Fire Genetics to get crosses like this one into growers' hands, and that era is closing. Section 781 shuts down interstate cannabis seed sales in November 2026, and when that happens, Seeds Here Now stops selling seeds entirely, no exceptions, no restocks. Packs like Elato F2 represent years of relationship-building that won't be repeatable once the law changes. If you want to hunt these Zelato phenos yourself, get this pack now while it's still legal to ship it to you.
