1. Agreement

By applying to and participating in the Seeds Here Now (“SHN,” “we,” “us”) Affiliate Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. We may update these terms at any time; continued participation constitutes acceptance of the current version.

2. Enrollment & Approval

All applications are reviewed manually. We may approve or reject any application at our sole discretion, and we may require information about your website, audience, promotional methods, and country of operation. Approval is not guaranteed.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally permitted to promote seed and genetics products in your location. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws applicable to you and your audience, including age, import, and advertising restrictions.

4. Commissions

Commission is 15% per qualifying product sold, credited when an order is placed through your tracked affiliate link within the cookie window.
Commissions are subject to a 30-day refund grace period; commissions on orders that are refunded, cancelled, charged back, or returned will be reversed.
Affiliates do not earn commission on their own purchases (self-referrals).
Minimum payout balance is $50, with a minimum of one qualifying order.

5. Payouts

Payouts are currently processed manually by SHN on a periodic basis. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details. SHN is not responsible for payments delayed or lost due to incorrect information you supply.

6. Prohibited Promotional Practices

You may not:

Bid on “Seeds Here Now,” “SeedsHereNow,” or confusingly similar brand terms in paid search (PPC brand bidding), or use our brand in ad display URLs.
Operate coupon, cashback, or discount-code sites that publish unauthorized or fabricated SHN codes.
Use spam email, unsolicited messaging, or misleading claims to promote SHN.
Misrepresent yourself as SHN or as an official representative, employee, or agent.
Promote SHN on sites containing illegal, hateful, or infringing content.
Make medical, health, or legal claims about any product.
Engage in cookie-stuffing, forced clicks, self-referral schemes, or any deceptive tracking manipulation.

7. Compliance & Shipping Restrictions

You must not target audiences or geographies where the sale, purchase, or promotion of our products is prohibited. You are responsible for ensuring your promotional activity complies with the laws of your and your audience’s jurisdiction. SHN reserves the right to restrict promotion in specific regions.

8. Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use SHN-approved logos, banners, and creatives solely to promote the program. You may not alter our marks or create derivative brand assets without written permission. This license ends when your participation ends.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time for any reason. We may withhold or reverse commissions and terminate your account immediately for any violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that harms the SHN brand. Unpaid commissions associated with fraudulent or violating activity are forfeited.

10. Relationship of the Parties

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of SHN. You are responsible for your own taxes. Nothing here creates a partnership or joint venture.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The program is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation. Our total liability is limited to commissions owed to you.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
