The Cross
Green Team Genetics bred Pie Til I Die to marry Deadhead OG's lemon lime pine with Pie 95's cherry kerosene. The goal was greasy colas carrying both profiles. Buy Pie Til I Die seeds if you want that OG base twisted fruity. Breeder claims hold up on paper. Real gardens confirm the blend sticks.
No surprises here. Green Team knows stable work. This isn't hype chasing a trend.
What Each Parent Brings
Deadhead OG, Sunsimulator cut, pushes lemon lime pine cleaner terps. Think Pinesol with OG gas undertones. Structure leans compact, resin heavy. Yields solid colas under right lights.
Pie 95 slots in cherry kerosene. Sharp fruit cuts the pine. Adds density to buds. Potency ramps without stretching the flower window.
Deadhead OG Traits
- Lemon lime pine terpenes dominate.
- OG gassiness anchors.
- Compact growth, 56 to 70 days flower.
Pie 95 Traits
- Cherry kerosene edge.
- Greasy bud structure.
- Fruity lift to the profile.
The Phenotypes
Reports show homogenous phenotypes. Little variation pops. Most lean balanced hybrid. No weak links noted. Cherry pine shows early. Lemon gas builds in cure.
Run them all. Odds favor keepers across the pack. Unconfirmed outliers possible, but breeder stability says otherwise.
Finding the Keeper
Vegetative stage, watch structure. Compact nodes signal Deadhead influence. Stretch minimal. Early terps hint cherry lime.
Flower week four, resin blankets. Colas fatten greasy. Smell shifts pine to Pinesol with cherry kick. Cut anything stretching past 70 days or dropping terps.
Harvest on cloudiness. Trichs milk out uniform. Cure brings the full profile. Keep the dense, sticky ones.
In the Garden
Expect 56 to 70 day flower. Balanced hybrid vigors moderate. Top early for even canopy. Yields greasy colas with low stretch. Dial CO2 if pushing limits. Stable genetics mean few surprises.
The Experience
Balanced hybrid hits body and head even. Lemon pine cleans the palate. Cherry lingers. Potency unknown, but parents suggest middleweight punch. Suits day into night.
