Goji Raz x DJ Short F13 #5, that is what is in this pack of Oil Can seeds, and it is the reason I keep this one in the lineup. Second Generation Genetics built this cross around purple terps and a dreamy, sedating high, and it shows in every gram this plant puts out. Thirteen regular seeds per pack, straight from the breeder.
Goji Raz brings the purple color and the loud fruit-forward terp profile this cross is known for. DJ Short F13 #5 rounds it out with the heavier, sedating body effect and the myrcene-driven relaxation that shows up alongside the limonene and caryophyllene in the finished flower. Together they land on euphoric, relaxed, and hungry-inducing, the kind of high that puts you on the couch with the munchies going.
These are regulars, so expect a spread. Look for phenos that lean Goji Raz for color and aroma, and others that lean DJ Short for density and body weight in the smoke. The keepers will show dense, resinous buds with real purple color and that loud purple terp smell coming off the jar.
Flower time runs 7-8 weeks, and yield is rated high, so feed moderately and give it room to finish. Top early, expect a moderate stretch, and keep humidity low in late flower to protect the dense buds from rot. Difficulty is moderate, suited to a grower who has done a few runs and can sex regular seeds without hand-holding.
Worth knowing: skip this pack if you can't run regular seeds and cull males, since there's no feminized option here and that sexing step is mandatory.
The window: Sixteen years I've spent building relationships with breeders like Second Generation Genetics to get packs like this one into growers' hands. Federal law under Section 781 shuts down interstate seed sales in November 2026, and when that happens, Seeds Here Now stops selling seeds altogether. No restocks after that, so what's on the shelf now is what's left of this era. If Oil Can is on your list, grab it now and lock the genetics in before the window closes for good.
