Clone Shipping Policy
Cannabis clones are living plant material. They don’t ship like seeds. Everything about how we pack, schedule, and send clones is built around one goal: your clone arrives alive, healthy, and ready to root.

Overnight Only. No Exceptions.
All clones ship via overnight delivery. This is the only shipping method available for clone orders—there is no standard shipping option, no ground shipping, and no exceptions.
Overnight shipping is $50 flat. That is the carrier’s actual rate. Seeds Here Now does not mark up shipping on clones. If you walked into a post office and shipped a live plant overnight yourself, $50 is exactly what you would pay.
When We Ship
We ship clones only on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings.
This schedule exists to protect your order. A clone that ships Thursday or Friday risks sitting in a carrier facility over the weekend with no climate control and no movement. We don’t let that happen. By shipping only Monday through Wednesday, your clone moves through the system and arrives at your door before the weekend.

Plan your order accordingly. If you need your clone by a specific date, count backward from that date and make sure your order is placed before Wednesday at noon.
How We Pack
Every clone is packed specifically for overnight transit. We use methods designed to maintain humidity, protect stems, and prevent crushing during shipping. We’ve been doing this long enough to know what works and what doesn’t.
We do not cut corners on packaging. A $50 overnight shipping charge on a $250 clone is not the place to economize.
What Happens If My Clone Arrives in Poor Condition
We stand behind every clone we ship. If your clone arrives dead or in a condition that makes recovery unlikely, contact us immediately.
Do the following:
- Photograph the clone as it arrived—before you open the packaging fully, before you do anything else
- Photograph the packaging—inside and out
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery—do not wait
We will work with you on a resolution. We are not in the business of sending you a dead plant and wishing you luck.

What We Cannot Cover
We cannot issue replacements or refunds for clones that:
- Were delivered successfully but declined due to conditions on the receiving end (improper humidity, temperature, handling after delivery)
- Were not reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Were shipped to an address where no one was available to receive the package, and the clone sat outside in the heat or cold
Clones are perishable. Once they leave our facility in good condition and are confirmed delivered, proper handling on your end is your responsibility.
Delivery Address
Ship to an address where someone will be present to receive the package on the delivery day. Do not ship to an unattended location. Do not ship to a P.O. Box—overnight carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
If you have any doubt about whether someone will be home, use a business address or arrange for someone to be present.
State Restrictions
It is your responsibility to know the laws in your state regarding the possession and cultivation of cannabis clones. Seeds Here Now ships to customers who represent that they are compliant with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. We are not responsible for orders seized or delayed due to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I choose a different shipping speed? No. Overnight is the only option for clone orders. This is non-negotiable—it’s how we protect the plant.
Can I pick up my clone locally? No. All The Clone Cartel orders ship via mail only.
What if I’m not home when it arrives? If no one is home and the carrier leaves the package, that’s your responsibility. Plan to be present. If you know you won’t be home, ship to an address where someone will be.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box? No. Overnight carriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Why do you only ship three days a week? Because clones shipped Thursday through Sunday risk sitting in a carrier facility over the weekend. We ship Monday through Wednesday, so your clone keeps moving and arrives Thursday morning at the latest.
My clone looks rough when it arrived—is that normal? Some stress during transit is normal. Give the clone 24–48 hours in a humidity dome before making any judgment. If it does not recover, contact us immediately with photos.
I missed the Wednesday noon cutoff by an hour—can you rush my order? No. The cutoff exists because our packing and drop-off schedule is built around it. Orders that miss the cutoff ship the following Wednesday.
