SHIPPING UPDATE – TULSA WAREHOUSE

Short version: Our national warehouse is shipping normally. Anything you can add to your cart today is in stock and going out on schedule.

On August 27, an explosion occurred at the business complex in Sand Springs where our Tulsa warehouse is located. It wasn’t us. The blast originated in another tenant’s unit during a THC extraction process, and two people lost their lives. The state fire marshal had already ordered that operation to stop after failed inspections. Everyone on our team is safe.

Local coverage: KTUL — Sand Springs explosion investigation

The city has the complex closed while structural assessment is underway, and we haven’t been allowed back inside. Our bay appears to have come through it. Appearing is not the same as knowing.

So here’s what we did. Every product held in Tulsa, on-site and off-site, has been pulled from the site. Not marked backordered — pulled. Until I can walk into that building, put my hands on the boxes, and verify the condition and counts myself, I’m not going to list it.

Sixteen years of doing this, and the one thing I’ve never done is sell somebody a pack I couldn’t put in an envelope. I’m not starting now because it would be convenient.

Open orders: if yours is affected, we’re contacting you directly. You’ll hear from us. You won’t have to chase us.

Those listings come back the day the inventory is verified. I’ll update this page as I know more.
